What kind of energy healing do you offer?
My healing work cannot be confined to a single form—it flows beyond definition. My gift was awakened in 2012 during a profound encounter with a Brazilian healer working in alignment with divine guidance, a sacred moment that transformed my life. Since then, I have deepened my path through training at the Arthur Findlay College in the UK and through time spent at the Casa de Dom Inácio in Abadiânia, Brazil, in deep meditative practice, where I continue to strengthen my connection with the higher healing energies that move through me.
What unfolds in a session is not something I direct or control—I serve as a channel. The healing intelligence, which I experience as divine guidance working through lightworkers, flows exactly where it is needed. My role is simply to hold a sacred space and allow this presence to move freely, without interference.
Is distance healing as effective as healing in person?
Yes, completely. Energy is not bound by physical distance. Many of my clients are on the other side of the world and report the same intensity of experience as those who have sat with me in person. In fact, some people find that being in the comfort of their own home actually helps them relax more deeply, which opens them up even further.
How does a distance session work?
We begin with a short video call—Zoom, FaceTime, or Messenger—to connect and set your intention. I want to understand what has brought you to this point and what you are hoping to receive. This conversation matters; it creates the bridge between us energetically before the work begins.
After we connect, I will arrange a date and time for the healing session, with or without Zoom, depending on what feels most aligned. At the appointed time, you are invited to rest in a quiet space—ideally lying down—and simply allow yourself to receive. There is nothing you need to do, no thoughts to hold, and no technique to follow. Just breathe, soften, and remain open.
How should I prepare?
Drink plenty of water in the hours before your session. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed—your bedroom, a sofa, anywhere you feel safe and at ease. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Switch your phone to silent (apart from our video call).
Set a simple intention if one feels natural to you—something you would like to release, heal, or invite in. If nothing comes, that’s fine too. The energy knows where to go regardless.
After the session, rest if you can. Drink more water. Avoid alcohol for the rest of the day. Give yourself time before jumping back into demands or noise.
What might I experience during the session?
Every person and every session is different, but there are some common experiences that many people describe.
You might feel warmth, or a gentle tingling, spreading through your body. A heaviness might lift. Some people experience deep drowsiness — almost as if they have been gently sedated — and fall into a state between sleep and waking that is extraordinarily peaceful.
Emotions sometimes surface: tears, a wave of grief or relief, even unexpected laughter. This is old, stuck energy moving out. It passes, and what replaces it is usually a quiet sense of lightness or peace.
Some people feel a presence in the room with them — a warmth, a sense of being held or attended to — even though I am miles away. Several clients have reported seeing light or feeling hands on the area of the body that most needed attention.
Others simply feel nothing in particular during the session and then notice significant shifts in the hours and days that follow.
Try to enter with no fixed expectation. The energy works in the way that is right for you, not necessarily in the way you imagined.
What happens after the session?
The healing often continues working for two or three days after our session. You may feel more tired than usual — this is normal and is simply your body integrating what has shifted. Rest when you can.
Many people describe a feeling of being lighter, as though something heavy has simply gone. There can be an emotional clarity—old worries or anxieties that had been present for a long time feel strangely distant. Some people notice physical changes: less pain, better sleep, a calmer nervous system.
Others experience what I can only call a renewed aliveness—a warmth toward life, a sense of possibility, an openness that wasn’t there before. These are the moments that remind me why I do this work.
Will I need more than one session?
Some people experience a complete and lasting shift in a single session. Others find that working together over a period of time allows deeper layers to be addressed. There is no rule, and I would never suggest more sessions than feel genuinely called for.
We can discuss what feels right after your first session. There is no pressure either way.
Do sessions drain your energy?
Not at all. I am not giving from my own personal reserves—I am a channel. The healing energy that moves through me comes from a source far greater than myself. If anything, I often feel deeply peaceful and grateful after a session, which is its own kind of renewal.
Can you do healing for someone else — a child or a family member?
Yes, with their knowledge and consent. I offer sessions for individuals, couples, and families of up to four members. If you are requesting healing for a child, please let me know. For adults, the person receiving the healing needs to be aware and willing — the energy works with the openness of the recipient.
Why do you offer sessions on a free-will donation basis?
Because the gift I carry was given to me freely, and it doesn’t feel right to put a price on it.
I believe healing should be accessible to anyone who genuinely needs it, regardless of their financial situation. When you receive a session, you contribute whatever feels honest and right for you — whether that is a small gesture of gratitude or something more generous. No one is ever turned away.
This is not a business model. It is simply how I feel called to share what I have been given.
How do I request a session?
You can request a session by completing the contact form, including your full name and location, and uploading a recent photograph. The photograph helps me attune to your energy before and during the session.
I will then reply to confirm your request and arrange a short video call before we begin.
